Our Community Education Officer has been out at The Signpost Centre in Stafford delivering CPR and AED awareness training funded by Tesco Bags of Help scheme. The centre has an external defibrillator available for use by anyone in the local community. The defibrillator is registered on the ambulance service database and can be accessed by calling 999.

Early 999 call, Early CPR and Early Defibrillation form the first 3 links in the chain of survival, The Signpost Centre is now fully ready to respond in the event of an out of hospital cardiac arrest.

We hope everyone who took part feels more aware and reassured after their training session.
